  • Where can I get the plugin?

    It should be available on the Wordpress Store (though sometimes we have issues with it to!). If not the compiled version is available on our GitHub account

  • How does the Reputation Plugin work?

    Great question! After running several e-commerce stores ourselves, we understand how key reviews are to a successful business. With that industry knowledge we worked hard to build a solution that helps you do this, passively and easily. In every message you send you'll have an opportunity to insert a request for feedback button. We made an infographic to show you how this works

  • Can I use my own HTML Template?

    Absolutely. Just simply remove all content from the template, drag in the HTML Block with your code, view the preview and you're good to go!

  • How do these "actions" work?

    Each of our Automated Messages has a different combination of actions used to contact your customers, automatically! On the top right of the Email Composer Dashboard Page you'll see the parameters that contribute to the automated messages.

    As an example, when a customer first places an order, they'll receive your "New Customer" message. This helps you capitalize on the marketing opportunity of reaching out to a customer directly after they've "actioned" with you by placing an order.

  • No data shows up when I first log in

    This is a bug with certain browsers in certain circumstances. Rest assured everything is working! Just refresh the page.

  • Can I export my contacts?

    Currently, no. However we can do a manual pull for you, just contact support.

  • Can I import my contacts?

    Currently, no. Digital Marketing works best when it's tailored as specifically to the customer as possible. We help you do this by "actioning" off of specific circumstances. For example, when a customer first places an order, they'll receive your "New Customer" message. This helps you capitalize on the marketing opportunity of reaching out to a customer directly after they've "actioned" with you by placing an order.

  • How will I be billed?

    You'll be billed every month for the life of your account.

  • How can I cancel my account?

    We're sorry to see you go, please note that Reputate work's off of annual agreements. Just contact support and we'll help you with this.
